We believe that the filter test and demonstration facility at the Cross factory is unique in the industry, providing a permanent display of the quality and versatility of our complete range of products. Customers are welcome to witness demonstrations of the wide range of filtration problems that can be simulated. In this way the performance of the equipment can be closely monitored and assessed for specific applications.

Filtration trials on customers' actual problems can also be performed on the rigs if a sample of the fluid is available.

The Cross mobile filtration test unit enables an on-site test to be quickly achieved in any location that is accessible by a vehicle.

Even when on-site power or water pressure is not available, the unit can still run a fully functioning automatic filter test, utilising an onboard generator and pumps.

The performance of the test equipment can be precisely tuned to produce the optimum performance for specific applications. In many cases, successful results can be achieved in less than ten minutes. These results can be extrapolated to meet the full size operating parameters of the application, enabling an accurate estimate of the size and cost of the final filter solution to be established.
